THE PROCESS:

On your Agency Agreement find out how much notice you are required to give to your current agent

Sign the pre-written letter and forward this to your current agency (we can do this on your behalf if you prefer)

We will notify your tenants of the change over date and send a welcome letter to them so they have all the necessary information & new bank details.

We will arrange a property inspection to familiarise ourselves with the property and meet the tenant face to face.
